I don't see much evidence, now, that the tinkering they're talking about is likely to be near the sort that may be having the scale in the seismic impact as the Aussies have imposed.

And there is not much evidence that they aren't going to "have the scale in the seismic impact as the Aussies have imposed"

With this huge of a question mark out there I wonder if it will make it much harder to strike a deal before this is ironed out.
