Hope they can minimize the diluting shares to raise cash, although that's pretty common with small pharma just trying to get a new drug to market and can't be helped. If there are other sources, grants and education like you mentioned, that'll be a big boost.
Still confounded why anyone would sell at this level. Gotta wonder how many jumped in last Monday and lost.
