Since assets are greater than liability, there's a play here. While it's true that most BK stocks are cancelled, often they are not if they have much greater assets than liability. It all depends on how the judge rules it and depends on if there is an good equity committee representing the shareholders. Thing is, there's ONLY 89M shares in the float with 92M outstanding. That's awesome numbers.
