I presume that you meant "fabrication" in the sense that the figure (cost of production for an industry overall rather than for a specific company) is calculated rather than direct. If you had meant it in the sense of a fabrication i.e.: lie, that would itself be a lie.

The industry overall cost of production is a very standard concept used in economics all the time. I used it in a RELATIVE sense: i.e.: that it cost of production for KBLB was the SAME as for conventional silk producers so that obviously if the product KBLB produced was of much higher value then it's profit margin must necessarily be much higher as well.

I would have assumed that ANYONE could see the point I was making without needed a specific figure (since what the specific figure is was entirely irrelevant to the point I was trying to make!) and I'm not about to let you bully and intimidate me into doing pointless research. If you don't agree with the point that's your privilege.

HINT: if I say A is positive, then B + A > B
and it is in no way whatsoever necessary to know any specific value for B to KNOW that that is true. (junior high math for crying out loud!)
