My record keeping points to former management, i.e. Anthony DiBiase providing inaccurate information with press releases which put him in jeopardy of SEC prosecution, as well as personal emails to me that positioned himself in same jeopardy.

TV Documentary on Encounter Technologies
NBA, NFL, NASCAR spokespersons for MusicMatrix
ENTI Board of Directors with industry players
ENTI had acquired a new corporate attorney
ENTI had acquired a $20,000,000 Line of Credit
Many genres of music in the queue for MusicMatrix video editing contests
to name a few with a list that goes on and on, the above were stated as definite to be accomplished no later than 9/2011.
To date, failure of former CEO to deliver on all above counts.

Now it remains the SEC's job to ascertain if these public podcasts by Anthony DiBiase and his personal emails were issued with the intent to influence trading of the company that he was CEO, i.e. ENTI.
