Heres the deal, this is not a one person crusade if there are 100 investors who lost enough money to care and get together and are able to chip in on a lawsuit this could be possible. I am not well versed in sueing people, maybe it is way more money than 100 of us investors can afford to put in. All I am saying is there is a lot of us and some more knowledgable in areas that others are not. Saralove is an attourney maybe she could shed some light on the cost to forgo this lawsuit.
