You are right he is family. He did not say, but maybe he is not filing a suit against him because he is family. Maybe he already has a suit against him??? Who knows. Who even cares? I do not think it has any future bearing on the PPS. I'll focus on that...even thogh there is nothing to focus on at this point. LOL
