I e-mailed Tony. Confirmed that Rick shot him in the back. Did not mentioned about any lawsuits or willingness to partiake in a lawsuit.

Not sure what Rick's actions means in regards to our investment? I see it could have had an affect on the stock, but more importantly I do not see how it will affect ths stock now...good or bad.
