You sum it up exactly as it appears. But, feast or famine, ORRV has or could have millions headed their way with a potential for more. The Fishers have approached their court case and currently look like their position is weak, their demeanor poor, and greedy. Lack of proof. Prove Jay is wrong. That is the case at hand, not so much did the Atocha wealth spread from the Arctic circle down to Terra Del Fuego. And that is what the Fishers so badly want to show. Meanwhile Horan, the Fishers old lawyer has taken the case for Jay the bunking real estate cannonballing novice diver. Regardless of anyone's summation of how the gems couldn't possibly belong to such a character as Jay is described, the factors are many, not singular. IF it was a simple situation, the roles would be reversed. The gems would have been deemed from the Atocha, simply put. But it isn't, and hence your argument lacks logic. The judge would have ruled in favor of the Fishers. Horan wouldn't have bothered with the case. ORRV wouldn't have bothered with their website. Question the deal between Jay the cannonball flunky and ORRV all you want. But current status swings to the Fishers throwing up poor arguments, showing exhaustion of options, Jay staying pat with a better poker hand, and a judge soon wanting to finish this case. Yea also just my opinion, but a year of creative reasons as to how these gems left the Atocha site shows there is way much more to the case than just anyone's assertion that Jay is crooked. Jay may be legit. Ever consider that? I have no idea. But few do.

Good that you declare a triple zero stock a long shot. No sh....But like all lotto picks, every once in awhile, they move 1000's%. If you have any play money, you can throw it here and stop sitting on the sidelines stating it for some odd reason to support your argument. Be happy when you lose it, be happy that you played.

Bottom line, if "everything Jay" was as shifty as some of the posts here portray, the case would have been ruled on months ago. To the contrary, the judge is giving the Fishers "extra chances" to support an accusation. That can't last much longer, as opinion will always belong to the underdog and people are looking sophomoric and more foolish with every passing day.

Mind you, no one has stated that the gems are from any wreck. The rest of the info or lack of is defensive, not defensible. No one should overplay their hand, give away the ball, offer too much info. The only thing at stake is the Fisher's ability to prove ownership. And to date, they can't. Good luck to them, as they will need luck to convince anyone soon enough. Jay needs a win in his life. This one likely is it.

ORRV's portion is hardly worth debating at this point, until an outcome. Many companies have looked incompetent and poor. Many go under, many are saved, a few even end up competent and successful.
