You begin up some points that don't jive with either filing. No one gave any evidence or proof in the filing these came from Women's Key.
The only thing that happen at Women's Key was a guy named Gerry Edwads, who is the only person testify about a supposed conversation in this case, PLANTED an emerald on the sight and was caught. Ken Rose, the owner of the concession is aware and read the affidavit from him he submitted to the court. He states, in the filing that a "member of the expedition: planted an Emerald on his site, attempting to discredit the find as it stands. Apparently, a guy named Don Patterson and Edward Kyejewsky were present also. NOAA has been investigating this tampering in the sanctuary. The group actually argued about in a public blog and took pictures.
So your ORRV and Women's Key though is in left field based even on the Fisher's own filing. They claim a guy name Kent stole them from their site, not Women's Key.
