What about not enough evidence to go to trial? Barrel try didnt work? Now stolen try? How many time's do you get to adjust/change ur story and c if it sticks? Maybe were get lucky and the judge will say not enough evidence. Unlikely due to high profile of Emeralds and Fishers and 60min lurking behind the scene's. But who knows?
