you are not right about everything I'm afraid Janice!!! Check the filings. It would be naive to think they were "paid" in cash. The promoters owned the deal the same way APS owns their deals.They only disclose their comp to throw people of the sniff. They issued their 5MM shares to themselves when it was still a shell hence the 1 yr hold and they were not included in the S1- so there is your technicality. AW was hand picked by FA and his gang, well I'm preaching to the choir you know all this anyway.
