I don't believe that there will be a R/S of SAVW....with a merger in the works it would make no sense. Valuation weighting of the participating merging co.'s can be based on current co.'s worth/contracts/share totals.
A new company with new ticker may be born with less outstanding shares, however. And that is not bad. Maybe even a holding company will emerge?
Hopefully this will result in the 'chill' removal.
