I gotta kinda disagree here. When a stock is trading at the bottom, it's not near as much a flipper's stock (since profits would be extremely negligible), as it is a collector's stock.
KMAG appears to be in a doldrum stage right now until the next development occurs, which of course, could be at any time. With volume at around 2% of float, volitility is minimal and is the best/safest time to be accumulating. Just wish I had new funds to be part of the accumulating crowd.
