Guys new to the board, maybe someone can answer a few questions for me. I use Scottrade and had SWTR before its name change to CTDT. For some reason Scottrade is telling me it can take 4-6 weeks for the name change to get processed on their end before I can trade the stock.

1) Why does it take 4-6 weeks?
2) If someone has gone through a similar situation with a different stock did it take the full 4-6 weeks?

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
