The PR said:-......'The company has retained new local accountants and legal counsel in Austin to update and post the required corporate financial and legal documents.'.... This was only announced publicly this morning and any effect it has on the PPS will only take place once it has been posted and they have become current. Now, however, is the time to buy!!..
