agreed with all you suggest here... for my simple take on things I might suggest that investors seperate 2 distinct matters. Firstly being production, secondly being litigation. They are distinct issues but either, neither or both might ultimately impact SMME's bottom line. It is indeterminate if they might be symbyotic, commensurate or otherwise. Those factors are currently unfathomable. There are a plethora of potentialities that are incomprehensible to an idiot as am I. Though as Rene Descartes famously coined, ".... I think therefore I am..."
