F6...have you ever worked in a union shop...specifically in manufacturing? Productivity was the devil...hard work was actively discouraged when you could set your self up for overtime by working the slowdown. I know guys that purposefully screwed up to get OT. That is a FACT that does not show up in your charts.

Your charts indicate a problem...the system is broken...but the unions had their hand in crafting the rules to make the 20% of the workers (the good ones) carry the 80%....so that means 20% were underpaid and 80& overpaid. If I were a company...I would find a way to keep the 20% and ship the 80% overseas....that is exactly what has happened.

So as the great American worker has been forced to compete worldwide...the unions have been kicking and screaming...inching up productivity. It happened locally at Harley Davidson in York PA....

Has it been taken too far.....absolutely.

Do the CEO's deserve the compensation they get...no....but how do you change that...they too write the rules.

If you look at the provisions of Obamacare you will see the MLR which requires that 80-85% of the premiums are paid out for care. While the intention was to limit CEO compensation...guess who got hurt...the middle class. Everyone from the network coordinator, claim specialists, insurance agent....everyone percieved as overhead....they got chopped so that the CEO's could continue to make big bucks.

So it continues.
