Show me where the Iowa project says anything about Viper. Until they become one company, it's not assumable that everything that one company does involves the other.
Does Leds America own part of the energy corporation since Viper bought it? NOPE, because right now they are two separate companies that are involved in one Joint Venture in D.C. and in merger talks to become one company. As far as anyone knows, that is the end of their association.
Don't merge the 2 companies before they do it themselves. They are still two separate entities. What one does, doesn't necessarily involve the other...yet
Don't be a cheerleader and say things that have yet to be announced. The only thing that is known for certain is that Leds America and Viper Networks are involved in a JV in D.C. Nothing has been said about any other JV or project with Leds America.
