I agree however, they have yet to merge, therefore this is Leds America. WHEN they merge then it will include VPER. Until the merger is complete, they are separate entities. LEDS America was working on the Iowa project long before VPER came into the picture. They were originally denied because of financing issues but the City Council recently reconsidered and decided on some type of tax based financing plus private financing. When you read about this Iowa facility, Viper is not mentioned at all. It's not unusual for companies to have more than one project going on at a time, but not include the same partners in every project.
The other project in your post is referring to the DC project, which is the JV waiting on the grant check.
