This is not part of the JV between Viper and Leds America. This project is all Leds America. this project was initially started way before the JV and merger talks. I suppose in the future Led's America could include Viper in this Iowa plan, however the only link between Leds America and Viper as of now is the JV project in D.C. ( nothing else has been said anyway)
Just because one company in a JV starts another project, doesn't mean the JV partner is involved. Now if the two companies actually merge, that's a different story.
I wonder if Leds America getting their private financing and going ahead with the building of a facility will affect merger talks and negotiations. Since Leds America is getting a building of their own, they are worth more than they were when VPER and them started negotiating.
