Love that unbiased info you always find...you want a real story and not some fairytale study likely funded by union dues? How do all those workers survive knowing their bosses are constantly out to screw them. Unionization is the way...unite and fight those big bad corporations...rid us of necessary to save/protect the worker? Maybe that is why the have the need for a union....to negotiate free Prozac for all......

My experience with unions >>

How about waiting a few hours (if no one is on break/lunch/in meeting/etc.) to have a small assembly moved to another shop for repair...not anything large that would require a forklift...I'm talking about something that could be easily carried by hand 100 ft....nope gotta wait for the crib attendent to fill out paperwork/tag...give it to the dispatcher to log in/out and call the transportation specialist to put it on a dolly to move it.........same shit when you want to move it back. In the end it would have been cheaper to throw many of these parts we repaired...especially when they needed to pass through multiple shops for rework/repair.

This company would not exist without the huge barriers to entry and it's dominenty position in the global market. They have however outsourced much work over the years. Wonder why?

Job security or insanity??
