sounds like a Bargain to me. Promoters are like Lawyers...they work for any body who has their fee. Work they do for slimballs like the junior miners has given them a bad name in some circles...Now when a promotion covers a scam we call that FRAUD and when it covers a legitimate product we call it ADVERTIZING. I think the product here falls in the latter category
