ECL being one of his cores (I think he still has it from $47.59..but I'm not possitive...), as far as I know he's being cautious about adding to any of them until GN-03 has completed. Unless it has changed for ECL, it is still viewed as a potential entry of between $46-48 with a SL of $44.95. The OB remains at $38.22 as far as I know. LLL is not a core position and am not sure where it stands.
