Is Penson forcing brokers to buyin their naked short positions? Are the brokers fighting this? Will they lose when the truth is revealed about the fleecing of American Investors and American Taxpayers.

Is NITE planning on burying these naked short positions, for their clients, through self-clearing and through non-tape transactions, through their own clearing system?
