I agree, when you look at the chart you can see that SIRG traded at .002 in early 2012 and then slowly made it to over a penny before dropping back but still holding nice gains.

But one thing I noticed is the volume when the website was launched.

Almost 18 million shares were traded during those 2 days. And the recent drop in volume shows those shares continue to be held!

So when the permitting and funding news is released what can we expect?
