more negative overtones. what a surprise. the sec suspends stocks for a whole lot of reasons, some of which amount to no more than a rain delay in a baseball game - if an agent makes a few calls to inquire on things - that can be considered an investigation by the sec - and it may take 3 hours.
these generalized broad sweeps are as untrue as they are true, without getting into specific instances.
