With regards to full funding, I am hoping we get it somewhere between now and 2014.

I was merely pointing out that the majority of investors in the pink market aren't looking for a stock that even takes months to turn a profit, let alone a year like SIRG could take. I am neither for or against SIRG at the moment. I'm sitting back, watching and pointing out a few things along the way.
