The facts are that in 2012 SIRG did the following:
Hired Travis Snider to oversee returning the mine to production. Hired Paul C. Rizzo to assist with permits and re-engineering of the mine, etc. Filed their MOP with BLM Kingman office. Added 2 outstanding new men to the SIRG Board of Directors. Launched their new website. Appointed Barton R. Budman, as Chief Financial Officer. Held a town hall meeting in Chloride to announce the re-opening of the mine. Signed a contract with Desert Construction to handle the ore moving operations.
Enough of the reruns and every knows there will be no copper produced prior to 2013 so that subject has been beaten to death and not by SIRG shareholders. Same with the LOI - it will happen when it happens and we don't care!
