Larry, that artificial July date for SIRG

getting permit approval, and possible subsequent funding, was not set by the company. It is the opinion posted on this board. As such, I don't expect it to happen that quickly, but will be pleasantly surprised if it does.

However, your point is taken. By posting that permits and funding WILL be completed in July, expectations are set too high, and the potential for a backlash exists.

My opinion is that it could be several more months before permits are approved and in hand, and several more after that before funding is in the bank. If it happens quicker, that's good for the s/p....if not, expectations are not set artificially high.
