I think is was a cartoon in the local NH

newspaper that implied that LLEG somehow was influencing the SEC (the board that was hearing the PPA approval request) that got the SEC (Fed agency overseeing publicly traded companies) all fired up



Good grief. Here's your homework assignment... find the SEC regulation which gives the SEC the power to suspend a stock for fraud, if it feels it has been insulted. What cartoons did the other 16 companies get suspended for?

I think the suspension was what really killed the prospects for success here



What success as measured by accrued value to the common stock had there been over the previous 5 yrs? None. Reference the S1.

and the suspension was a truly monsterously unfortuneate over-reaction to a stupid cartoon that was misinterpreted by the SEC.



Then the solution was to take the cartoon down, and all problems are instantly solved. But they haven't been solved have they? Where the SEC comes back in March 2012 issuing another subpoena for records. Are they searching for another cartoon?
