Under $25, that is all it cost me to send letters to all of the below, plus letters to all the corporate parties that may be liable or important in some way or another.
If everybody sent letters, maybe they would pay attention. I am to pursue this matter, legally if need be. MF says he has nothing to do with any of this, but he is getting letters anyway--just for the record if nothing else.
I have an attorney in mind if need be, but I would prefer to just take over unless this new management team gets their ducks in a row quickly.
In the past, before the MG period, I was offered the opportunity to run RLTR. But I was in no position to do so. I do not know if I would have been selected ahead of JCG or MG, but I do know that they were the only choices since nobody else would take the challange or provide financing.
I offered MF to take over a few months back, and he said he would discuss it with MG, but within a month the announcement of the MU take over was made.
I told MF that I will be free later this year, and that I do have a plan, general details which I offered to him, and which they are one of the suggestions offered here by me way back.
However, I have no opposition to someone else trying to do something. I doesn't matter to me what plan is carried out as long as it is a plan that has a potential for success. MU has no plan. His plan, as it shows in the website, is to look at somebody else's plan, charge this somebody some fee, and just let it go. It gives me the impression that he thinks he is some sort of Bain Capital, but he has no money.
Anyway, without further ado, here are the addresses:
