TIREX ENTERS INTO JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT
WITH WYOMING CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS / ALTGEN, LLC
WESTPORT, CT, JAN. 6, 2012 – The Tirex Corporation (TXMC: OTCBB/PK) -. owner of a patented tire recycling technology, the TCS System – announced today that it entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Wyoming Corporate Headquarters LLC (WCH) of West Columbia, SC, to recycle scrap tires.
”With the successful collection of scrap tires, this joint venture moves Tirex from its ‘Developmental Stage’ to a commercial entity with revenue generating operations and is just the tip of the iceberg for the expansion of our technology into the market,” said Tirex President, John L. Threshie Jr. “Since we own 25% of the joint venture, revenues to Tirex could be significant in 2012,” he pointed out.
JECC of Quebec, Canada, an engineering construction firm, has been identified to undertake the fabrication and installation of the TCS system, estimated at a cost of $7.5 million gross, which is subject to financing, and which accrues a negotiated commission to Tirex.

TIREX REMAINS OPTIMISTIC FOR ITS TECHNOLOGIES FUTURE
Norwalk, CT, June 20, 2012 – The Tirex Corporation (TXMC: OTCBB) - owner of a patented tire recycling technology, called the TCS System – announced today that its Joint Venture Agreement with Wyoming Corporate Headquarters LLC (WCH) of West Columbia, SC, to recycle scrap tires in Tennessee, announced in January 2012, remains in good standing.
”While the financing needed to support the conditions of tire collection and the installation of a TCS Sytem in Tennessee are still pending, we remain optimistic and will continue to pursue it with our partner WCH,” said Tirex President, John L. Threshie Jr.
“Tirex management also wanted to reassure its shareholders that its priority is to once again become current in its filings with the SEC. Furthermore, the investors currently negotiating with Tirex for North American and off shore TCS Facilities recognize this necessity and are including it in the funding,” added Mr. Threshie.

BRIEF COMMENTARY:
I liked reading the posts here and not posting. By the end of Q1-2012,the excitement was too much - I HAD TO JOIN AND POST COMMENTS. Too much was happening.
And also, people were getting antsy, waiting for an announcement end of Q1, which we were all, myself included, certain was coming soon.
NO ANNOUNCEMENT CAME. INSTEAD, AT THE END OF Q2, we got the pathetic meaningless piece of twaddle posted late June. IT SAYS NOTHING. NOT ONE THING!

I joined to be able to post and gently advise people, at the end of Q1, to be patient, Rome was not built in a day. Others, the smart ones here (you know who you are) also counseled patience. Repeatedly as I remember.
AT END OF Q2 (six exact months since the 01062012 P.R.), THE FACT THAT NOT ONE &*%*@#%^ THING HAS HAPPENED, TELLS ME ONE THING:
Nothing is gonna happen, today, tomorrow or the next day. These people, the Tirex People, and the AltGen People, are either of:
1. High on wishful thinking, if you believe it long enough, then it will happen. Just keep on wishin' and hopin' and singin' and prayin' .....
or
2. Capable of imaginative thinking, "boy, wouldn't it be nice if we partnered, built a crumb factory, and all got rich. sigh?" BUT NOT CAPABLE OF DOING THE HARD WORK THAT MAKES IDEAS BECOME REALITY!
Say what you like, but don't say they are working hard. Six months is long enough for something, anything, to start to begin to happen.
Don't tell me not to discuss this, THIS IS A DISCUSSION BOARD, made for discussing. That is what is done here, right?
Who still believes that something is gonna happen? I hope so, but I need a rationalization -- to keep on believing in this bunch of stumblebum d0pes.
