I just don't understand how anyone would believe that this company could receive any sort of better termed financing. If an investor looks at their history of sales and their books how can anyone think tjey will receive a dime? They have distribution channels opened up for years yet sold only 17 units in 18 years. That honestly should clearly tell you that people just don't want the product. Tjey just defaulted on the biggest debt conversion in the history of the company and people seem upbeat. You don't think that if they had solutions for all their debt they would've put a press release out? They defaulted in that, owe the IRS a staggering amount that accrues interest, owe accounts payable but don't have enough coming in to cover it all and haven't for years. Good luck. Give it about until mid July before you start to see what happens when toxic financiers convert shares at 50-70 percent off the bid price. The bid was .0003 on the date that they defaulted IMO you will more than likely need to increase a/s again. All IMO but good luck.
