sad really..KV.A wounds are self inflicted...Makena pricing fiasco..but FDA position (politically influenced imo) is just as wrong..refusing to enforce exclusivity is a bad precedent,granted not a "new" drug but company jumped thru all the hoops..i actually hope the FDA loses this lawsuit...
