unc, it's by no means a "system"; just a compilation of a few different measures of sentiment that i weight accordingly. whether or not the values i assign to each category are proportionately accurate is less important than the consistantsy of measurement applied over different periods. as such, the fact that my readings indicate far too much complacency currently relative to the july/oct bottoms leads me to conclude there's much more down to come. btw, that doesn't mean we can't/won't rally in the interim; just that, imo, it probably won't be much and should be viewed as counter-trend at best. signed 'dukebluedevil'(kidding!)
