Imoral or illegal? I still firmly believe that the SEC was trying to prove the new department was doing their job by over reacting with the 17 companies. If that whissle blowers department had never come into being we would still be trading. If you take any stock to the letter of the law everyone would be suspended. To date I have not heard what the actual charges against Mike himself. Maybe someone else knows more that I do.
