Statement By CXO On the GO of Delaware, LLC
Defamation lawsuit filing
August 23, 2005

ROCHESTER, NY (August 23, 2005) — On Friday, August 19, 2005, CXO on the Go and Philip Fain filed in Monroe County Supreme Court a defamation lawsuit to protect our good name against scurrilous allegations made by Keith A. Gleasman, James A. Gleasman and Floyd G. Cady, Jr.—all individuals associated with Torvec.

We are confident that our case will win on merit, and we look forward to litigating these claims in the court, as opposed to in the news media.
