Personally, I can't see how the implementation of 181 would make any difference at all.

Education is the key, imo.

Most of those in that region are living in the minds of those who lived thousands of years ago.

Hatred and prejudice can only be cured through knowledge and understanding, Sly.

Not by the right of return and rescinding borders won in past conflicts.
