Agree with your concerns too,that's probably why the stock traded the way it did yesterday(trading close to the offering price),these legal cases can never be predicted.But I'm hoping though that the Judge sticks with her latest ruling favoring GEVO and denies Butamax motion.Don't you think it will make her look bad if she reverses it so soon after the ruling,won't it look like she judged hastily just less than 2 weeks ago?We'll soon see how it plays out,but as I said earlier,I'm quite comfortable here at below offering prices(my avg price being 4.90).
