Outside of the threats, which I don't condone, but believe they have been overblown, I would say Joe is following perfectly his Six Sigma Black Belt training.

As you aware, Six Sigma is practiced by many, many companies large and small. Overall, they get better results, something Joe is doing.

Having worked at GE, I was taught Six Sigma. It was a requirement. However, I never got as far a Joe.

Really, for those viewing, an admission fee is not out of line.

But we all know Joe wouldn't have that, so to all, maybe consider a small donation to veteran charity he recently organized.
