I had hundreds of thousands of shares at a 50-60c average sold at .028 average. I am here to watch the ship sink and as a challenge to see if I can figure out their next PR moves. Everything I have read says it looks bad but you never know maybe "NONEchi" tM somehow actually gets licensed by Verizon or a known player. I would then recommend selling the massive momentum driven pop as these guys cannot follow through on the opportunity if you believe there really ever was one. They tried to play their flash patents to get music player business and once the industry realized their patents were bunk they did not need EDIG. I assume that the 774 patent litigation EDIG had in 1996 was a loss or tiny one time license fee. Sometimes patents do not prove valuable or broad in infringement. Woody is a genius and he designed a digital flash recorder that did not need the added cost of the RAM component! He is a true pioneer and maybe one day his IP will be the standard. Just not any time soon.
