Awesome scam Ya Global has though. No lose situation. If their penny hedge fund does well they make money. If it bombs they apply for government bailout funds. Everyone collects a salary and if they still go busy they file bankruptcy and move on. Clever. Unscrupulous and immoral, but clever.
