WASHINGTON, Sept. 13, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems,
Inc. (Pink Sheets:HISC) announced today that it will be hosting its annual
Shareholder Meeting at the Ritz Carlton in Atlanta, GA. The former CIA Director
under presidents Clinton and Bush will be speaking following a reception and
dinner on October 20th, at the opening of the Company's 1st Annual Shareholder
Meeting.

The Shareholder Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on October 21st, at the Ritz
Carlton in Atlanta, where shareholders will be electing the board of directors.
After the meeting, shareholders will be able to enjoy hands on demonstrations of
