Abt should be made to pay for wasting the FDA's time, when they could be reviewing drugs that are efficacious.
The time spent on this useless compound, which is no better than placebo "but shows bioactivity" (what the f*ck is that?)
It is still no better than placebo with a safety profile worse than placebo---so Xinlay may actually accelarate your ascension into the spirit world (if you believe that stuff)
and what the f are the analysts talking about a drug that could do a billion in sales---are these guys so far off--the f'n drug doesn't work--capisce....
…This thing has got me so pissed off---that they actually wasted money on preparing a submission and wasted FDA time on a drug that failed two clinicals--unfuckingbelievable.
I may live to regret this post if the FDA approves this "wonder" drug.....but I doubt it...and oncologists ain't stupid, they aren't going to prescribe a drug that doesn't show clinical efficacy---and with Medicare looming on the horizon, I doubt the feds will want to pay for a drug that doesn't work.
and insurers will not list the drug on their reimbursed list of drugs......
As Ponte said, it is disgraceful and unethical to give people hope and then be subjected and pay for a drug that doesn't work, and whose side effects are worse than placebo...
The FDA should teach these drug companies a lesson when they just shoot some carp at the wall and hope it sticks... <<

Actually, I hadn’t thought of the Xinlay NDA as “shooting carp”
