Fascinating stuff. I've downloaded the briefs, complaints, and cross complaints, so far, but not read them. I also need to download the exhibits. Once done with two briefs (one of which benefits the mining industry--if we win--on state-based emission controls for non-road equipment), I will have time to focus on this.
