Yet another question: do you ever consider a company's SEC filings when deciding to invest or not??

I was looking into GBGM because it seemed to have a history of much higher prices than where it is now and showing oversold signals, then I saw your response to someone asking about it which peeked my interest further...when I checked it's filings I saw it had none with the SEC and I had lost a considerable amount of money in the past investing in a company that diluted to extreme..if I had checked out the filings I would have seen the forms registered for dilution and a warning from Pinksheets
