Sorry IHGeek, but from my experience it does matter who has control over a particular board, that being a "basher" or "pumper". If bashers dominate a board with more mods then promoters the general tone is negative about a company. Also the likely hood of promoters posts being deleted is far greater. Vice versa. This is something that I personally feel should be reviewed by IHub. I can guarantee you are losing many investors to a similar chat board who's TOS make more since. Make the changes and educate your admins or you will lose more investors using your service.
From strictly a business model point of view, it is not to the advantage of IHUB to give an unfair advantage to those who would undermine a stock for whatever particular reason. That's not to say that intelligent discussion of the merits or shortcomings of a stock should be unfairly restricted, but by in large, most IHUB members are looking to make money. And in many cases, repetitious, non-spam negative statements are not designed to improve discussion, but to provoke, intimidate and reduce the value of whatever particular stock. I could understand why some people would leave under this scenario.
Disclaimer; I have been a paying member of IHUB for many years, so I want to see this site do the best they can, and I understand it involves a lot of complicated policy discussions internally.
