I dont have proof? Then tell me why they increased the O/S= outstanding shares= The number of shares in the market that yet to be bought or are being bought at this moment. AKA the amount of shares MM's are allowed to release into the market at any give time to fill an order. HOW MUCH PROOF DO YOU NEED? The 8K CLEARY states the O/S was increased 235 million shares. Read it again..it went from 235 to 470 million. While A/S was increased to 1billion. Which means at any point they could release, potentially, another 530 million shares into the market.
