Easy evidence. O/S went from 235 million to 470 million I believe. Not looking at the numbers right now. Anyways, that is from their new 8K. I asked Eric when they would have to file an 8K if they diluted. He replied "An 8k has to be filed after 72 hours of a dilution when the O/S is raised and new shares are released into the market". Exact quote when I called him the day of the 8K release. SO if that is not evidence enough I dont know what is. That is why you seen multiple millions of shares pop up at .03 back to back to back to back. Long and strong AAPT. ALL in my own opinion.
